#1 Question: I didn't receive my order yet.

Most of the time it's because you signed up after the cut-off period and I send each mailing out once per month. For example:

The cutoff to sign up for the August mailing was August 2. If you signed up after August 2nd than your first envelope with be for the September mailing which will be mailed no later than 9/25.

When will I get my envelope?

Please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. delivery and up to 30 business days for international delivery.

You’ll receive an email when your envelope is on its way.
