Mailing & Tracking
- The Story Post is mailed using standard postage stamps so it can remain simple and affordable. That means tracking isn’t included.
- Each envelope will be sent out around the 28th of each month.
- You'll get an email when it is sent.
- Please see F.A.Q. for more information and Mail Schedule that's always up-to-date.
Each payment applies to a separate month’s Story Post and you'll get each one for each month you subscribed.
Monthly Enrollment Time Frame
Monthly enrollment period closes on the 2nd of each month.
Example: If you join on or before June 2nd, June will be your first Story Post.
If you join on May 3rd or later, your first envelope will ship the following month in June.
When will I get my envelope?
As long as you join before that month’s cutoff date, your Story Post will ship — typically on or before the 28th.
You’ll receive an email when your envelope is on its way. Check the schedule for current status.
After that, please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. delivery and up to 30 business days for international delivery.
Why you may see overlapping payments
If you join between the 3rd and the end of the month, you may see two charges close together before receiving your first envelope.
This happens because billing begins immediately, and the next monthly renewal may occur before your first Story Post ships or arrives to you.

Supporting Animal Rescue
Animals have always been close to my heart. A portion of The Story Post profits supports animal rescue organizations that help animals find safety, loving homes, and medical care.
It feels important that something we create together also helps animals who need care.
Both of my dogs, Lily (R.I.P.) and Georgie were adopted through The Humane Society and through a local Chihuahua rescue organization.
*Each month I will post in my videos and blog what animal rescue organization was chosen and the amount donated.
